comment 1:The book is a very good easy read, packed with great suggestions for using WOM marketing. I am going to buy my own copy for ongoing reference. WOM marketing is already working as I have a line up of people wanting to read the book after hearing about it from me. While I believe WOM marketing has been the main driver for the success of communicators.net.nz there are many ways offered in the book to build WOM marketing to a new level. It is great to have the opportunity to be a participant in this experiment.
