Welcome To the Great Word of Mouth Marketing Experiment

In the world’s first Word of Mouth Marketing Experiment, 70 copies of Word of Mouth Marketing by Andy Sernovitz have been given to invited business and marketing thought leaders. The books will be tracked and we’ll be able to find out where they get to, who’s reading them and how people react to Word of Mouth.

The launch was hosted by the New Zealand Marketing Association, at which international guest speakers Joseph Jaffe and Andy Sernovitz shared the principles of best practice Word of Mouth marketing. The experiment was designed by The Village Square, a leading Word of Mouth and Community marketing strategy organisation based in New Zealand and working internationally.

Word of Mouth marketing is based on the foundations of great communication and relationship building.
